• • Are you a seasoned DevOps or SRE professional with a passion for building robust, scalable, and automated infrastructure? NetBox Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Core Apps team, a pivotal role focused on treating operations as code and ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge network automation solutions.
• • In this critical position, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the application-facing systems and deployment tooling that underpin NetBox Labs' products. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability, performance, and scalability of our offerings, impacting both our SaaS and on-premise delivery models.
• • You will work embedded within the Core Apps team, fostering a close partnership with application engineers. This collaboration is key to enhancing application-level observability, defining and measuring performance metrics, and ensuring operational readiness across both application and database layers. Your efforts will bridge the gap between development and production, ensuring that code translates into reliable, high-performing services.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve building and refining our CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and implementing sophisticated testing strategies. You will be at the forefront of creating the foundational infrastructure that empowers our engineering teams to ship high-quality software with speed and confidence.
• • You will also play a crucial role in strengthening our security and compliance posture, actively contributing to the enforcement and improvement of standards, including vital SOC 2 controls. This involves integrating security best practices into every stage of the development and deployment lifecycle.
• • Beyond technical contributions, you will be a key player in knowledge sharing. This includes creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, developing onboarding materials for new team members, and refining internal support processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
• • As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be expected to act as a secondary or escalation support resource when necessary, leveraging your deep understanding of our systems to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to influencing application performance directly, moving beyond traditional infrastructure tuning. You will collaborate with engineers on optimizing query patterns, implementing effective caching strategies, and making informed architectural trade-offs to achieve peak performance.
• • You will be a champion for observability, enhancing our monitoring, alerting, and Service Level Objective (SLO) frameworks in close partnership with our cloud and on-premise delivery teams. This ensures we have clear visibility into the health and performance of our systems.
