- • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and cost-optimized AWS-based infrastructure including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.
- • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and manage environment configurations.
- • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to enable zero-downtime deployments and accelerate delivery cycles.
- • Automate operational workflows, monitoring, and deployment validation through Python and Shell scripting for system efficiency and reliability.
- • Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration via Amazon ECS with best practices for image management and security.
- • Enforce Git-based workflows for configuration management, version control, and integration of infrastructure components.
- • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and robust backup strategies for critical production infrastructure.
- • Collaborate with software development, QA, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and actively participate in code reviews for infrastructure automation and pipeline design.
- • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new DevOps tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem reviews to enhance system stability and operational excellence.
- • Work within the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office (Pune) for collaborative meetings and 3 days remotely.
- • Maintain alignment with production-level quality and supportability standards across all automated systems and deployment processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
- • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudFront, and CloudWatch
- • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- • Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- • Proficiency in Docker and ECS for containerization and orchestration
- • Strong command of Python and Shell scripting for automation and system tasks
