📋 Description

• As a Senior DevOps Engineer, Developer Productivity, you will be responsible for keeping our platform healthy and shaping how we build software with AI.
• You will figure out where AI actually changes how we build software, turn what works into shared practice and tooling, and drive it across the org.
• You will handle the day-to-day issues that would otherwise pull product engineers off their work, starting embedded on one product team and growing scope across teams over time.
• You will be the primary engineer responsible for the infrastructure (as code), CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and the monitoring that tells us when any of it breaks.
• You will help set the direction for how we use AI across engineering and build the shared tooling, agent workflows, and automation behind it.
• You will scale yourself across engineering through documentation, demos, and tooling other engineers can use on their own.
• You will work closely with engineers across all our teams and have real influence on the direction of our engineering practice.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of professional software experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
• You are comfortable working across many different codebases, including those you don't fully know yet.
• You are genuinely excited about AI and where software development is headed and you have opinions about how to apply it to real systems.
• You have built tooling that other engineers actually adopted.
• You can identify areas for improvement and drive projects to completion without a manager always directing your work.
