📋 Description

• • As a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager at 1Password, you will own and evolve digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle, designing and optimizing targeted digital journeys that guide customers from onboarding through activation and beyond to improve product adoption, reduce friction, and support long-term outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will design, launch, and improve digital campaigns; build scalable customer journeys; interpret customer signals and behaviors; translate insights into triggered programs; draft and optimize customer-facing communications; monitor performance using metrics like activation, retention, and expansion; use A/B testing and cohort analysis; partner with Data, Product, and CX teams; build dashboards and reporting; and leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation and optimization.
• • You will join the Customer Experience team at 1Password, a mission-driven cybersecurity company trusted by over 180,000 businesses, including Fortune 100 leaders and innovative AI companies, to help teams securely adopt SaaS and AI tools. The team designs digital-first experiences that guide customers to deploy, activate, and grow with confidence through scalable programs.
