- • As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will own the performance marketing success of up to seven SMB clients, directly driving SQLs and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies rooted in Directive’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with poise and empathy while translating complex marketing strategies into actionable plans that exceed performance goals and build long-term trust.
- • Your day-to-day will involve end-to-end campaign ownership across Paid Media, SEO/Content, and CRO for B2B SaaS and tech clients, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting—all while maintaining rigorous project management to deliver results on time and within budget.
- • You will collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives, pitch innovative strategies, and ensure seamless delivery of integrated marketing initiatives that leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency and impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience
- • 2+ years of performance marketing experience (Paid Media, SEO, CRO)
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive SQL-focused results in B2B/SaaS environments
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and below budget
- • Deep technical knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, and CRO strategies for technology companies
- • Availability to travel as needed for client or team engagements
