- • As Senior Digital Optimization Manager at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will directly influence how prospective students discover, engage with, and convert across a portfolio of university partner websites—turning data-driven experimentation into measurable increases in enrollment, lead volume, and educational access for working adults in high-demand fields like nursing, teaching, and public service.
- • You will lead a high-impact, scalable experimentation program that aligns CRO, personalization, and journey optimization with broader marketing, UX, and product goals, ensuring insights drive real business outcomes rather than existing in isolation.
- • You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle—from hypothesis generation and test design to execution, analysis, and scaling—using platforms like Optimizely and Full Story to build no-code WYSIWYG tests, prioritize opportunities via behavioral analytics (drop-off, rage clicks, form friction), and partner cross-functionally with SEO, UX, Content, Creative, Analytics, and Paid teams to ensure alignment.
- • You will diagnose UX friction points using GA4, swimlane analysis, and user research to uncover high-value optimization opportunities, then translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that improve clarity, reduce cognitive load, strengthen trust signals, and optimize information hierarchy across microsites and landing pages.
- • You will support the rollout of personalization use cases through audience segmentation and next-best-action strategies, leverage AI to accelerate ideation and measurement, and contribute to scaling optimization practices by socializing wins, creating playbooks, and standardizing frameworks across Risepoint’s multi-brand university portfolio.
- • You will partner on site migrations as needed, ensure testing velocity increases across the portfolio, and help embed optimization into UX, content, and SEO decision-making so stakeholders actively seek your team’s input in planning and strategy.
- • You will work within a mission-driven EdTech organization that partners with over 100 regional universities to expand access to affordable, workforce-aligned online degrees—empowering working adults to advance their careers and meet community workforce needs in critical sectors.
- • You will grow your expertise in enterprise-scale experimentation, behavioral analytics, and cross-functional influence while shaping a culture of testing and learning that drives sustainable growth in conversion and lead performance across a complex, high-stakes digital ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–9 years of hands-on experience in digital web optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, experimentation, and growth marketing, with proven ability to run A/B tests, personalization, and journey experiments at scale.
- • Expert proficiency in GA4 web analytics and Optimizely, with strong familiarity in Full Story for behavioral analysis (e.g., drop-off, hesitation, rage clicks, form friction) to diagnose UX issues and generate high-value testing hypotheses.
- • Demonstrated skill in identifying optimization opportunities using UX heuristics, behavioral data, journey analysis, and swimlane analysis, coupled with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable conversion and business impact.
