- • As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Solventum, you will lead and evolve comprehensive processes for platform software projects, ensuring alignment with company procedures while addressing the unique needs of digital platforms to deliver impactful customer features.
- • You will lead and execute cross-functional software projects involving feature changes, workflows, and custom treatment designs in the Dental organization, coordinating all critical activities for project success.
- • You will partner with Upstream and Downstream Portfolio Marketing Managers to define program scope and ensure timely, efficient execution, delivering projects on schedule and meeting all objectives.
- • You will champion best practices, foster effective communication, and maintain alignment with business stakeholders and roadmaps while driving process, requirements definition, and feature prioritization across platforms and impacted systems.
- • You will proactively manage risk, communicate milestone progress and challenges transparently, and collaborate closely with the Digital R&D team with dotted-line reporting to the Global Digital Platform Director.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related work experience
- • 5 years of experience specifically in project leadership or functional management
- • Strong understanding of product software development and digital workflows
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- • Ability to manage scope dynamically through iterative planning and stakeholder negotiation
- • Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries (nice-to-have)
