  • • The Senior Digital Strategist at Scale Army will lead paid media strategy and execution for high-profile real estate and luxury brand clients, driving engagement, conversions, and brand growth through data-informed campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic channels.
  • • This role is critical to delivering measurable results for U.S.-based clients, requiring alignment with EST business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and direct impact on campaign performance, client satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • • Day to day, the Senior Digital Strategist will develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic buying, and other paid digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand objectives.
  • • They will manage campaign setup and execution in Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, conduct ongoing performance analysis, and implement A/B testing across ad creatives, audience targeting, and placement to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • • The role includes pulling and analyzing campaign data from GA4, CM360, and other platforms using Google Looker Studio to create biweekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • • They will translate complex campaign data into clear, client-facing performance narratives and strategic media decisions that drive continuous improvement.
  • • The Senior Digital Strategist will manage client relationships through regular communication, participate in client calls to present strategies and results, and build trust via professional, insight-driven recommendations.
  • • They will oversee media buying and budget allocation across paid social, paid search, programmatic, direct-to-publisher, and CTV campaigns to ensure efficient spending and timely execution.
  • • Collaboration with creative, operations, and media buying teams is essential to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns, while also mentoring junior team members in campaign management, digital strategy, and client communication best practices.
  • • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in cross-channel paid media analytics, advanced reporting with Looker Studio and GA4, and strategic media planning for luxury and real estate verticals.
  • • They will develop leadership and mentorship capabilities by guiding junior staff, enhance client-facing communication skills, and gain experience influencing campaign performance and budget optimization at scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in digital strategy and paid media planning across paid social, paid search, and programmatic media.
  • • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Looker Studio, and CM360 reporting.
  • • Advanced reporting skills using Google Looker Studio and GA4, with proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and data visualization.
  • • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain digital strategies clearly and build trust through insights.
  • • Familiarity with Video, CTV, print, or out-of-home media is a plus; background in Google Ads/Video/CTV is a nice-to-have.
