📋 Description

• As a Senior Adoption Digital Strategist at Adobe Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving transformative change for our most significant and complex customer programs, with a specialized focus on the integration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• This pivotal role demands a seasoned leader with profound expertise in transformation, operating model design, and enterprise change management, capable of guiding C-suite executives and senior leadership through multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives.
• You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping adoption strategies that leverage AI to redefine operating models, enhance decision-making processes, establish robust governance frameworks, and cultivate essential workforce capabilities.
• Your primary responsibility will be to own and architect end-to-end adoption strategies for large-scale, AI-enabled transformation programs, ensuring successful integration and value realization.
• You will apply advanced change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR, to navigate complex organizational, cultural, and capability shifts, particularly those driven by the adoption of advanced marketing technologies and AI tools.
• A key aspect of this role involves translating high-level AI strategies into actionable, clear adoption roadmaps that encompass critical elements like operating models, governance structures, redefined roles, and desired behaviors.
• You will lead the design of future-state operating models for organizations embarking on AI adoption at scale, defining clear decision rights, accountability models, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Guiding leaders through the strategic trade-offs necessary to transition from AI experimentation phases to full enterprise-wide adoption will be a core function.
• This position requires driving adoption across diverse and complex program workstreams, spanning multiple geographies and extending over several years.
• You will proactively identify and meticulously manage adoption risks that may arise across interdependent teams, platforms, and business units, ensuring a smooth and integrated transition.
• Close partnership with overall program leadership will be essential to seamlessly integrate operating models and change management strategies into the broader program governance.
• You will serve as a key advisor to executive stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, IT, Data, Operations, and HR departments, fostering alignment and strategic direction.
• Leading executive visioning sessions focused on AI strategy, assessing organizational readiness for AI adoption, and articulating the profound organizational implications of AI will be critical.
• Communicating intricate AI concepts and organizational dynamics with exceptional clarity, unwavering confidence, and executive presence is paramount.
• A significant part of your role will involve defining and measuring adoption and value metrics, directly linking AI usage, behavioral changes, and tangible business outcomes.
• You will establish essential feedback loops and governance mechanisms to ensure the sustained adoption and continuous improvement of AI integration over time.
• Ensuring that AI adoption is conducted responsibly, scales effectively, and becomes deeply embedded into the fabric of day-to-day operations is a key objective.
• You will also contribute to the growth of our internal capabilities by mentoring and developing fellow strategists, helping to establish best practices and standards for AI adoption, operating model design, and change management excellence.
• Furthermore, you will contribute thought leadership to enhance Adobe’s collective understanding and point of view on the evolving landscape of AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in adoption, change management, operating model design, or digital transformation roles within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Active Prosci ADKAR certification (or equivalent enterprise change methodology).
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in operating model design and organizational change.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including executive-ready presentations.
• AI agent creation skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
