📋 Description

• Senior Director, Analyst - Emerging Technologies Adoption and Strategic Innovation at Gartner, Inc. serves as a thought leader in the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, creating must-have insights and market predictions for C-level clients worldwide.
• Day to day responsibilities include developing thought-provoking content, conducting in-depth analysis of client barriers, researching and predicting market trends, delivering high-value presentations at events, supporting sales through client engagement, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating across global teams to drive innovation strategy.
• Gartner is a global research and advisory firm with 21,000 associates supporting ~14,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, known for delivering objective, actionable insights that help leaders succeed with mission-critical priorities.
• In this role, you will establish credibility as an industry expert, shape the future of innovation pipelines by integrating AI and emerging tech, mentor team members, and grow your impact by influencing how global enterprises adopt and implement transformative technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience at the intersection of Tech and Business, with deep expertise in enterprise IT, innovation initiatives, and emerging technologies including AI, generative AI, autonomous systems, and digital sovereignty
• Proven ability to create actionable insights, deliver compelling presentations, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, matrixed global environment
