• • As a Senior Director of Business Development for Banks in the APAC region, you will be at the forefront of driving Circle's mission to build a more open, global economy through innovative digital asset and payment solutions.
• • This pivotal role involves leading strategic commercial engagements with a diverse range of financial institutions across Asia Pacific, from Tier 1 global banks to leading regional players and innovative digital-first banks.
• • Your primary objective will be to originate, structure, and successfully close enterprise-level partnerships that strategically embed USDC, Circle's regulated and fully-reserved digital dollar, into their core banking platforms.
• • You will play a critical role in integrating USDC into key banking functions, including cross-border payments, sophisticated treasury workflows, and the burgeoning landscape of tokenized financial markets.
• • This position demands a senior-level approach, characterized by disciplined execution and the adept navigation of complex regulatory frameworks and risk management environments inherent in the financial sector.
• • Your contributions will be instrumental in driving regional revenue growth and significantly advancing Circle's position as a trusted provider of digital dollar infrastructure throughout the APAC region.
• • You will be responsible for managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging with key decision-makers and influencers across Payments, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Digital Assets, Risk, and Compliance departments within partner banks.
• • A core part of your role will be to define and meticulously execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for the APAC region, with a clear focus on achieving transaction volume growth and meeting ambitious commercial targets.
• • You will be instrumental in structuring innovative partnerships that empower institutions with capabilities such as direct USDC minting and redemption, enabling 24/7 cross-border settlement, and facilitating seamless integration into existing treasury and capital markets operational workflows.
• • Close collaboration with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, and Policy, will be essential to ensure that commercial expansion initiatives are fully aligned with evolving regulatory expectations and requirements across critical APAC jurisdictions, such as Singapore (MAS), Hong Kong (HKMA), and others.
• • You will be tasked with building and diligently managing a high-quality sales pipeline, employing clear prioritization methodologies and robust forecasting discipline to ensure predictable business outcomes.
• • Acting as a senior internal advocate for our banking partners, you will translate their evolving requirements and market needs into actionable recommendations for Circle's product development and commercial strategies.
• • You will represent Circle with credibility and authority in high-level executive discussions with potential partners and within prominent industry forums, solidifying our brand and thought leadership.
