- • The Senior Director of Business Development at Worldwide Clinical Trials drives revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic client relationships in the clinical research and health sciences industries, directly contributing to the company’s mission of improving lives through innovative clinical trial solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving individual sales targets, identifying new business leads from biotech and pharma networks, developing territory and account strategies, coordinating trade show participation, conducting client meetings and bid defenses, providing competitive intelligence, updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal project teams to develop proposals and resolve client concerns.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in business or life sciences
- • Ten (10) years of sales experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) industries
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
