📋 Description

• • The Senior Director, CS Business Operations serves as the primary engine for data-driven decision-making within the Customer Success organization at Modernizing Medicine, Inc. (ModMed), owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business reporting, workforce forecasting, and financial alignment to ensure the CS team scales efficiently while maintaining tight alignment with corporate financial goals.
• • Day to day, the role involves standardizing and owning core reporting mechanisms using Power BI, Salesforce.com, DOMO, and other client success systems; creating and maintaining strategic capacity models and monthly rolling workforce forecasts in partnership with RevOps and Finance; supporting annual budget planning and financial alignment; driving 'Run the Business' (RTB) opportunities by connecting CS, RevOps, Finance, and HR; consolidating oversight of external vendor and contractor resources; and establishing and leading the newly formalized Business Operations department as a people manager to scale the team and its capabilities.

• • In this role, the individual will learn to build and scale a new business operations function from the ground up, gain deep expertise in cross-functional strategic alignment across Finance, HR, and RevOps, master advanced capacity modeling and financial forecasting frameworks, and develop leadership skills in managing high-performing teams while driving operational efficiency and innovation in a high-growth SaaS and healthcare technology environment.
