- • As Senior Director, EMEA Brand Marketing at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will lead brand strategy and execution for KAYAK and momondo across key European markets including the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark, shaping how the brands show up culturally and commercially.
- • You will define and lead a full-funnel, audience-first brand strategy balancing short-term performance and long-term brand building, while owning the EMEA brand budget and investment strategy.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Media, PR, Product Marketing, and the EMEA GM to prioritize resources, optimize performance, and drive regional growth through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- • You will hire, mentor, and grow regional brand leaders, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on clear priorities, scalable execution, and measurable impact in brand awareness, consideration, and preference.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in brand marketing with significant leadership experience across multiple European markets, particularly France and the Nordics
- • Proven track record of building and scaling full-funnel brand strategies that deliver measurable business impact
- • Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels including TV, online video, OOH, audio, social, and owned media
- • Comfort working in performance-driven environments with strong understanding of measurement, testing, attribution, and incrementality testing
- • Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial objectives while influencing at senior levels and managing cross-functional teams
- • Experience in consumer tech, travel, or digital marketplace businesses is a plus
