- • The Senior Director, FP&A will lead LIV Golf’s global financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, providing strategic financial insight to the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board to support data-driven decision-making during a period of rapid global growth.
- • This role is critical to building and leading a best-in-class FP&A function that enhances financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across LIV Golf’s international operations spanning Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa.
- • Lead LIV Golf’s FP&A function, overseeing the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- • Partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board to provide strategic financial insights that inform key business decisions, including capital allocation, investment priorities, and risk mitigation.
- • Own the development and delivery of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, ensuring they reflect the organisation’s strategic goals and market dynamics.
- • Build and maintain sophisticated bottom-up financial models to forecast revenue growth, profitability, margins, and cash flow across all business units and geographies.
- • Provide clear, insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making and drive accountability.
- • Develop and implement best-in-class FP&A processes, tools, and financial frameworks to enhance financial visibility, streamline reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
- • Lead the preparation of financial reporting, commentary, and presentation materials for executive leadership and Board meetings, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable insights.
- • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve transparency and enable real-time performance tracking across the business, leveraging BI platforms and data visualisation solutions.
- • Partner with senior leaders across departments to ensure financial accountability, effective capital allocation, and strong commercial decision-making in support of LIV Golf’s growth initiatives.
- • Identify opportunities to leverage data, technology, and automation to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities, reducing manual effort and increasing analytical depth.
- • Support strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis and modelling, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, establishing a culture of analytical excellence, strong business partnership, and continuous learning.
- • Foster a collaborative environment where finance acts as a strategic partner to the business, enabling leaders to make informed decisions that support LIV Golf’s mission to grow the game globally through innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
- • Experience running or leading an FP&A function in a complex or high-growth organisation.
- • Deep financial modelling expertise, including building bottom-up long-range financial plans and strategic financial models.
- • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and Boards, translating financial data into clear strategic insights.
- • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- • Advanced capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis, including strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
