📋 Description

• As Senior Director, Market Access, EU Center at BridgeBio Pharma, you will lead strategic market access initiatives for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to secure timely and sustainable patient access to the company’s first products in rare diseases and genetically driven cancers, directly impacting patient outcomes and commercial success.
• You will develop and execute market access priorities including pricing, reimbursement, and launch sequencing; lead HTA and payer engagement with focus on AMNOG; own country value dossier strategy; define pricing strategy; coordinate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Finance; develop compliant incentive structures for buying groups in Germany; and advocate for cost coverage solutions with individual SHIs.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in European HTA and reimbursement systems, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, shape pricing and access strategy for novel therapies, and contribute to BridgeBio’s mission of delivering life-changing treatments to patients with unmet needs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations in the DACH region, specifically in rare diseases and orphan conditions
• Profound knowledge of the German, Austrian, and Swiss healthcare systems and regulations
• Experience generating relevant data for HTA submissions and pricing negotiations, with an established network of agencies for support
• Proven experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams, including external providers
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute plans against objectives in a semi-autonomous environment while working effectively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of product commercialisation processes, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to setting up necessary processes and documentation
