📋 Description
- • As a Senior Director, Medical Education at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will unify strategy, planning, execution, and outcomes evaluation for educational grant funding aimed at measuring healthcare professional behavior change and clinical outcomes.
- • You will direct a Grant Strategy team delivering compliant, high-impact funding decisions and portfolio results while operating within governance and compliance frameworks.
- • Your day-to-day includes setting direction for grant strategy, defining and funding medical education strategy aligned to therapeutic priorities, leading the Grant Review Committee, and partnering with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance for timely funding decisions.
- • You will ensure delivery quality and integrity across funded initiatives, translate outcomes into strategic insight via analytics partnerships, and build dashboards and return on education (ROE) measures.
- • You will actively participate in the Medical Education Leadership team, manage and mentor direct reports, and stay current with trends in professional education and scientific advances in assigned therapeutic areas.
- • You will ensure adherence to laws, regulations, industry codes (e.g., PhRMA, OIG, ACCME, Sunshine Act), and internal policies governing medical education grants and transparency reporting.
- • You will foster a “one-team principle” across Global Medical Education and lead special projects as assigned by management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- • 15+ years of professional medical education and organizational leadership experience with increasing accountability
- • Expertise in medical and regulatory affairs, drug development, FDA and regulatory guidelines (PhRMA, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.)
- • Proficiency in principles of adult and clinical learning, and outcomes methodology
- • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
