- • The Senior Director of Network and File Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing hospital and provider network integration and the design, delivery, and governance of outbound data integrations to point-solution vendors, strategic partners, and third-party organizations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include directing end-to-end integration of hospital, physician, ancillary, and specialty networks; ensuring accurate processing of provider demographics, contracts, fee schedules, and network tiering; partnering with EDI and Network operations teams to maintain data file flows and resolve failure points; developing standardized workflows for network onboarding, mapping, quality assurance, and validation; leading outbound file integration teams to ensure successful implementation with vendors; overseeing adherence to data sharing and security protocols; managing vendor relationships; collaborating with IT to troubleshoot file integration issues; tracking metrics against KPIs and SLAs; owning the lifecycle of file integrations from requirements gathering to monitoring; and establishing SLAs for file delivery, error resolution, and quality control.
