📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Curriculum Strategy & Future Skills at Pluralsight drives the strategy for content coverage, identifying and shaping the skills of the future by translating emerging technology trends, workforce shifts, and market signals into a cohesive curriculum strategy that ensures Pluralsight remains the industry leader in skills development.
• Day to day, the role involves defining and owning curriculum strategy, translating technology trends and labor market insights into a forward-looking roadmap, aligning curriculum with product, platform, and GTM priorities, owning and reporting on curriculum portfolio performance using data-driven insights, leading and developing a multi-level leadership organization of Curriculum Directors and Managers, defining scalable frameworks for distributed teams, and serving as a thought leader representing Pluralsight internally and externally.
• The role partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders, collaborates with Pluralsight’s global author community and technical SMEs, and works with Content Production leadership to ensure curriculum priorities translate into published content that delivers outcomes aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• In this role, the person will learn to orchestrate complex ecosystems, refine executive influence, scale curriculum functions in SaaS/EdTech environments, and deepen expertise in emerging technology domains while shaping the future of tech upskilling at a mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in technical education, curriculum development, content creation, and/or publishing
• 8+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop distributed teams, establish clear expectations across geographies and time zones, and drive a culture of high performance and accountability
• Experience building or scaling a content/curriculum function at a SaaS or EdTech company
• Track record of launching new curriculum domains or learning programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform curriculum decisions, measure impact, and continuously optimize outcomes
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including emerging domains and key industry players
