- • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer empathy, and data-driven execution.
- • Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for Fullstory Analytics, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to help businesses build better digital experiences through behavioral data.
- • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics products—from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration—ensuring the team builds the right solutions with high fidelity.
- • Become a deep expert in behavioral data, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and product innovations.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales teams to build shared understanding, align priorities, and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
- • Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product direction.
- • Shape the future of a flagship B2B SaaS product that serves as the data and analytics engine for thousands of businesses, turning complex digital experience data into intuitive, powerful insights.
- • Build and develop product talent by mentoring PMs, providing clear feedback, and creating an environment where team members can thrive and grow professionally.
- • Communicate a compelling product vision to diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and customers, influencing without authority and driving consensus across functions.
- • Balance strategic, systems-level thinking with hands-on involvement in complex product problems, ensuring both long-term vision and tactical excellence are maintained.
- • Leverage deep experience in analytics platforms to guide product decisions, with familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Tableau being highly valuable.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on customer empathy, using both behavioral data and direct customer interactions to uncover the 'why' behind user behavior and inform product priorities.
- • Operate with a strong bias for action and execution, ensuring products are delivered with quality, speed, and measurable impact on customer outcomes.
- • Contribute to product positioning and messaging by working with Marketing and Sales to articulate the value of Fullstory Analytics to target markets.
- • Stay current on emerging trends in digital experience analytics, AI-enhanced insights, and product management best practices to continuously evolve the product and team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in a leadership role managing product teams
- • Proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products, particularly in data and analytics domains
- • Deep experience building analytics-heavy products with expertise in data platforms, visualization, and turning complex datasets into intuitive user experiences
- • Exceptional people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and retain high-performing product managers
- • Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect team initiatives to company-wide objectives while also diving into operational details
- • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams and articulate vision to executives, engineers, and customers
