📋 Description

• • Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Kraken Pro's web and mobile trading experiences as a Senior Director of Product Management, Pro UI, driving the future of crypto trading interfaces for a global user base.
• • Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Pro web and mobile UI, including trading interfaces, order management, charting, portfolio, and platform-level experiences, while managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
• • Partner closely with VP of Engineering, Pro Trading, design leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class trading platforms serving both novice and professional traders.
• • Establish a data-driven product culture by defining KPIs, running experiments, synthesizing analytics, and driving prioritization across features, reliability, performance, localization, accessibility, and regulatory needs.
• • Represent Pro UI product decisions to senior leadership, triage user and internal feedback, and actively contribute to roadmap reviews and sprint processes alongside engineering and design teams.
