📋 Description
- • Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Americas and EMEA regions, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partner development in Software as a Service and digital solutions.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans, manage enterprise sales tracking via Salesforce.com, identify new recurring revenue opportunities, and lead joint go-to-market initiatives with Cloud Service Providers, ISVs, VARs, consultants, and systems integrators.
- • Iron Mountain is a global leader in sustainable information management, providing records management, digital transformation, data center services, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage to 225,000 customers worldwide, with a mission to preserve data, extract value from information, and protect privacy responsibly.
- • Lead a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers, act as the primary bridge between Digital Services, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Records and Information Management functions, and accelerate cross-functional collaboration to unlock joint sales opportunities and drive strategic growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of technology sales experience positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex global accounts.
- • Deep domain expertise in software- and services-driven partner ecosystems, including extensive experience working with Value-Added Resellers, Hyperscale, Cloud, and Systems Integrator partners.
- • Proven sales leadership success with a strategic mindset, world-class commercial acumen, and demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- • Exceptional consultative relationship skills to effectively network, influence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer decision-makers.
