  • • Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Labcorp’s value proposition for Physician Systems, a critical segment of the healthcare market.
  • • Drive the company-wide provider strategy for value-based care (VBC), ensuring alignment with Labcorp's overarching goals and market positioning.
  • • Achieve ambitious annual targets for Physician Systems Leadership, encompassing national sales performance, financial objectives for gaps-in-care programs, and product development milestones.
  • • Spearhead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Labcorp’s Insight Analytics population health product offering, from initial concept to market deployment.
  • • Provide strong leadership and oversight to the Physician System Data Informatics group (managing 3 Full-Time Equivalents) and the customer solutions implementations team (managing 2 Full-Time Equivalents).
  • • Act as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in the value-based care space, serving as an internal subject matter expert, delivering compelling customer presentations, and representing Labcorp at industry conferences and through social media engagement.
  • • Design and implement innovative programs that foster and support value-based care partnerships, leveraging lab data insights, addressing gaps in care, promoting health equity, and championing lab stewardship principles.
  • • Collaborate closely with Senior Divisional Leadership and national/regional sales teams to support significant deal opportunities and to enhance understanding and adoption of value-based care strategies and related offerings.
  • • Cultivate and manage strategic product partnerships with key industry players, including population health platforms, Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies, data aggregators, diagnostic companies, and consulting firms, to solidify Labcorp’s market leadership.
  • • Oversee the lab stewardship program for the Health System Organization, directing initiatives for hospital and physician stewardship offerings, and ensuring seamless collaboration with payer and scientific team efforts.
  • • Drive product and program development by fostering cross-functional collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including key customers, divisional leadership, national account sales, scientific and medical teams, legal departments, and IT.
  • • Present critical insights, performance reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Senior HHS leadership, highlighting successes and identifying areas requiring strategic attention. Actively participate in business reviews with Divisional SVPs and Sales VPs.
  • • Direct the implementation of National VBC Salesforce Campaigns, working in tandem with sales leadership to ensure campaign strategies are effectively integrated with regional market needs and objectives.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs designed to equip national and regional sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively champion and support strategic VBC initiatives.
  • • Oversee content development and updates in collaboration with the Marketing department, ensuring strict alignment with product launches and overarching strategic goals. Lead the creation of impactful messaging and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials, to effectively communicate product benefits and capabilities.
  • • Manage the annual personnel, product, and communications budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources.
  • • Understand and engage with the unique needs of Physician Systems, which are at the forefront of healthcare delivery disruption and represent some of Labcorp’s largest and most strategic customer accounts. This includes National Provider Organizations, Value-based Care Networks, FQHCs, and Hospital System Medical Groups.
  • • Play an integral role within the HHS commercial team, working cross-functionally with Divisional Sales Leadership, National Account Sales, Managed Care, IT, Marketing, and external industry partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • • Contribute to Labcorp's mission of accelerating life-changing healthcare breakthroughs and improving the delivery of care by providing strategic leadership in the value-based care and customer solutions domain.
