  • • As a Senior Director/VP of MGU Partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth and expansion of our MGU stop-loss business. This pivotal role requires a highly strategic and relationship-oriented individual to take ownership of our partnerships with health plans and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). You will serve as the primary point of accountability for partner success, focusing on accelerating revenue growth, deepening strategic relationships, enhancing plan performance, and ensuring the swift and comprehensive resolution of any emergent issues. Reporting directly to Arlo’s VP of Sales, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including underwriting, analytics, clinical, and operations. A key aspect of your role will involve working collaboratively with our innovative plan partners to co-design and refine modern health plan designs that meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass driving significant revenue growth and expanding our partner ecosystem. This includes identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and overall expansion within our existing client and partner portfolio. You will lead renewal efforts and retention strategies to maximize the long-term value derived from each account. Furthermore, you will be responsible for scoping, onboarding, and diligently managing new program partnerships with TPAs and other essential vendors, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to owning and nurturing key relationships. You will act as the day-to-day relationship owner for our clients and partners, building trust and fostering strong, collaborative connections. You will also serve as the primary escalation point for any challenges or critical issues that arise, ensuring they are addressed with urgency and expertise. Your ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and navigate high-pressure situations with grace and effectiveness will be paramount.
  • • You will be tasked with driving tangible performance outcomes for our partners. This involves closely monitoring account performance, with a keen eye on loss ratio trends and utilization drivers. You will partner proactively with our underwriting, analytics, and clinical teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. A critical function will be the proactive communication of performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and partners, ensuring that these insights are understood and acted upon to achieve mutual goals. Your role extends to end-to-end problem resolution, leading the charge in addressing service, billing, eligibility, claims, and TPA-related issues. This will require adept coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective outcomes, with a commitment to documenting, tracking, and closing all issues with clear accountability.
