- • As a Senior Engagement Manager at Medallion Inc., you will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients, playing a critical role in ensuring project success, managing client relationships, and driving process improvements that enhance customer value in the healthcare technology space.
- • Day to day, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, oversee project timelines and deliverables, collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with client priorities, identify and mitigate risks, analyze workflows for inefficiencies, implement best practices, and deliver strategic insights that align with client goals to drive long-term partnership value.
- • Medallion is a fast-growing healthcare technology company revolutionizing provider network management through its leading provider operations platform that automates licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance monitoring to eliminate administrative bottlenecks and empower healthcare teams to focus on patient care.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare operations and SaaS customer success, strengthen your executive presence and negotiation skills at the C-Suite level, drive measurable impact on client satisfaction and revenue generation, and grow as a strategic leader shaping client outcomes and internal process excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Engagement Management, or consulting, ideally supporting complex enterprise customers
- • Experience owning customer relationships in a SaaS startup environment
- • Proven ability driving customer engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights, product knowledge, and healthcare industry expertise
- • Demonstrated success identifying solutions, improving existing client strategies, and driving change in complex, fast-moving environments
- • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills — confident in engaging at the C-Suite level
- • Problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
