• • The Senior Engagement Manager at Scrunch will lead onboarding, pilots, and activation for enterprise accounts, driving execution and building scalable engagement infrastructure as the first hire in this role.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the full engagement lifecycle from pilot scoping to executive business reviews, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, driving onboarding and platform activation, and creating repeatable frameworks for milestones and escalation paths.
• • Scrunch is a venture-backed startup helping brands succeed in an AI-first future by ensuring their products are discovered and surfaced on AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, backed by $26M from top Silicon Valley investors and serving over 500 paying brands including Fortune 500 companies.
• • In this role, the person will build the engagement function from scratch, gain exposure to enterprise sales and product strategy, develop leadership in customer success and technical communication, and directly influence how Scrunch sells, builds, and supports its product through real-world engagement insights.
