📋 Description
- • Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth role focused on expanding Grafana usage within existing customers across Asia, driving revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce, handling quote creation and order processing, and collaborating with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
- • Grafana Labs is a 100% remote, global company with over 1,600 employees across 40+ countries, built on open-source principles and backed by top-tier investors, serving 35M+ users and 7,000+ enterprise customers including NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise observability solutions, master consultative selling in a high-growth tech environment, and build a career-defining track record in scaling enterprise accounts across Asia while working with world-class global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure and/or cloud technology sales
- • Proven track record of top-tier performance (top 10%) in competitive sales environments
- • Salesforce fluency and experience managing sales pipelines
- • Excellent communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channels
- • Located in Singapore with full work rights
- • Comfortable working remotely with global teams
