- • Build and execute a territory plan that balances green-field prospecting, expansion within our 17,000+ existing customers, and tight orchestration with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Channel Partners, and the LATAM leadership team.
- • Translate complex business problems—site search, discovery, personalization, and AI-powered recommendations—into crisp ROI narratives that resonate with C-suite, VP Product, and VP Engineering buyers in e-commerce, media, SaaS, and fintech verticals.
- • Run consultative discovery workshops, live product demos, and executive briefings in fluent Spanish and Portuguese while keeping Salesforce, Clari, and Gong meticulously updated so forecasting stays within 5 % accuracy every quarter.
- • Negotiate enterprise-grade contracts that cover security, compliance, data residency, and SLA requirements unique to LATAM regulations such as LGPD, while partnering with Legal and Deal Desk to shorten red-line cycles by 30 %.
- • Quarterback cross-functional pursuit teams of Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Product Marketing, and Executive Sponsors to close six- and seven-figure ARR deals within 6–9 months and deliver 120 %+ of quota.
- • Design and deliver business-case decks that quantify revenue lift, conversion-rate gains, and developer productivity so prospects can secure internal budget approval and champion your solution through procurement.
- • Act as the voice of the LATAM market back to Product and Engineering, surfacing localization needs, pricing sensitivity, and competitive intel that directly influence roadmap priorities and regional packaging.
- • Mentor junior reps and channel partners on MEDDPICC, value selling, and objection handling, raising average deal size by 40 % across the region within your first year.
- • Travel up to 25 % across São Paulo, Mexico City, Bogotá, and Santiago to attend customer QBRs, industry conferences, and strategic partner events that strengthen Algolia’s brand as the #1 Search & Discovery API.
- • Maintain a disciplined pipeline of 3× coverage by leveraging outbound sequences, ABM campaigns, and warm referrals from our thriving developer community and 400+ global SI & agency partners.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success to craft joint success plans that drive 120 %+ net-revenue retention, turning early wins into enterprise-wide rollouts and multi-year renewals.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent from under-represented groups across LATAM, reinforcing Algolia’s culture of belonging.
