  • As a Senior Enterprise Account Lead (Senior Customer Success) at Brandlight, you will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, building senior-level relationships and translating product value into measurable business outcomes in the rapidly evolving AI-driven marketing and commerce landscape.
  • You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with confidence, operating as a trusted advisor to executive teams while staying deeply connected to day-to-day execution to ensure strong adoption and long-term customer success.
  • What the person will do day to day:
  • Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, managing the full lifecycle from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion, ensuring consistent value realization and proactive risk mitigation across your portfolio.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives to help customers quickly achieve measurable outcomes, leveraging deep product knowledge to guide implementation and usage best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (VP+), including economic buyers such as CMOs and marketing VPs, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in their AI-driven brand management journey.
  • Drive renewals and expansions through consultative engagement, clearly articulating product value and identifying growth opportunities aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and leverage points across each account, surfacing actionable customer insights that inform product direction, positioning, process, and pricing decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to deliver customer outcomes, acting as the voice of the customer in internal discussions and helping shape product evolution based on real-world usage and feedback.
