📋 Description

  • Serve as the frontline Enterprise Sales Manager for Cyber Security solutions within the DACH region, driving both new business acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for complex cloud security offerings, from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and closing with C-level executives (CISO, CIO).
  • Advise enterprise clients on holistic cyber security strategies and modern cloud security architectures, aligning solutions with regulatory requirements including NIS2 and DORA.
  • Position cutting-edge security technologies such as Zero-Trust, Cloud Native Security, SASE, AI-driven Threat Detection, and automated SIEM/SOAR platforms to address evolving enterprise threat landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with technology partners including SecOps, Wiz, and Trend Micro, alongside internal Security Consultants to design tailored security solutions for complex customer environments.
  • Differentiate between foundational security concepts (e.g., firewall/perimeter security) and advanced capabilities (e.g., Red Teaming, vulnerability scanning, AI security), leveraging deep technical knowledge to build credible business cases.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of current cyber threats, market trends, and emerging security technologies, integrating this intelligence directly into client conversations and sales strategies.
  • Translate intricate technical security architectures into compelling business value propositions that resonate with executive decision-makers.
  • Operate as a strategic “Hunter” with autonomy to develop territory, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Work in close alignment with management and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-focused security solutions and consistent messaging across sales and implementation.
  • Represent Public Cloud Group AG as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, building long-term relationships based on expertise, credibility, and results.
  • Engage with cloud platform ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, SAP) to align security offerings with client cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Maintain a proactive, results-driven mindset with high self-motivation and accountability for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Contribute to a diverse, collaborative team culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and shared success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven, multi-year track record in B2B enterprise direct sales of IT solutions, specifically within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Deep expertise in modern cybersecurity technologies including Zero-Trust, Cloud Native Security, SASE, AI-driven threat detection, SIEM/SOAR, and understanding of SOC operations.
  • Fluency in German and strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical security concepts as strategic business value to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA in enterprise sales contexts.
  • Strong hunter mentality with autonomy, strategic vision, and a results-oriented approach to sales.
