• • The Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager leads and continuously improves Serverfarm’s EHS programs across U.S. data center operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture across construction, operations, and corporate teams.
• • Day to day, the role involves strategic and hands-on leadership of EHS initiatives, including risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training programs, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed safety into data center construction and operations.
