- • Maintain strict compliance with GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures while adhering to all state and federal employment laws.
- • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and profit quotas for designated territory while managing a specific expense budget tied to sales operations.
- • Conduct scheduled, personalized sales demonstrations targeting surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administration within assigned region.
- • Collaborate effectively with Posterior and Anterior Specialists to ensure seamless post-sale account management and customer retention.
- • Maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records, CRM data, and sales metrics to organize, plan, execute, and measure sales performance.
- • Educate healthcare professionals on the operation, utilization, and clinical applications of ZEISS equipment to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- • Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding monthly sales forecasts, planned activities, and market feedback.
- • Operate a dedicated cost center responsible for managing sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable within budget parameters.
- • Accurately maintain and update Salesforce (SFDC) reports, dashboards, and sales funnel data to reflect leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- • Identify and develop synergy opportunities with other ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service teams, and corporate partners to expand market reach.
- • Design and implement innovative, territory-specific marketing strategies that align with regional demands and drive profitable growth.
- • Ensure all required documentation, reports, and administrative tasks are completed thoroughly and submitted in a timely manner.
- • Develop deep expertise in product application and practice management implications to provide authoritative guidance to clinical users.
- • Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license to conduct in-person site visits across the assigned territory.
- • Represent ZEISS with the highest standards of business ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all customer and internal interactions.
- • Communicate critical market trends, competitive activities, and strategic insights to management on a regular basis to inform business planning.
