• • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new customers by leading their onboarding and implementation journey. This is a hands-on role where you will not only configure our product to meet diverse client needs but also significantly influence our product roadmap through direct customer feedback and insights. You will engage with a wide spectrum of clients across various industries, contributing to Zip's rapid scaling and market expansion.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers. This involves a deep dive into understanding their unique business requirements and creatively configuring the Zip platform to address their specific challenges. You will be expected to "roll up your sleeves" and actively build out customer processes from the ground up, ensuring a seamless and effective integration of Zip into their operations.
• • A crucial aspect of this role involves empowering our customers through comprehensive training and Q&A sessions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize the product independently, minimizing the need for ongoing support and fostering self-sufficiency.
• • Proactive project management will be essential as you juggle multiple customer onboardings simultaneously. You will meticulously manage requirements, track tasks, and ensure all project milestones are met on time and within scope, maintaining clear communication channels with all parties involved.
• • You will act as a vital bridge between our customers and our internal product and engineering teams. This involves collaborating to assess the feasibility and strategic alignment of customer requests, making informed decisions on which features to support, and effectively managing customer expectations regarding product development.
• • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to ensure customer satisfaction and accelerate their time to value. This means doing "whatever it takes" to make customers happy and guiding them through a swift and successful onboarding process.
