• • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in the customer lifecycle, focusing on leading the onboarding and implementation of our product for new clients. This is a hands-on role where you will not only configure our platform to meet diverse customer needs but also significantly influence our product roadmap through direct customer feedback and insights. The dynamic nature of our business means you will engage with a wide array of clients across various industries, contributing to Zip's rapid growth and market expansion.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly guide new customers through the onboarding process. This involves a deep dive into understanding their unique business requirements and creatively configuring the Zip platform to address their specific challenges and objectives. You will be instrumental in building out customer processes from the ground up, ensuring a seamless and effective integration of Zip into their existing workflows.
• • A key aspect of this role is leading comprehensive training and Q&A sessions for customers and their key stakeholders. • • You will serve as a crucial liaison between our customers and our internal Product and Engineering teams. This involves collaborating to assess the feasibility and strategic alignment of customer requests, making informed decisions on which to support, and effectively communicating these decisions and setting realistic expectations with clients.
