• • Senior Event Manager (Contract) at Ondo Finance, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for executing the company’s global event strategy, ensuring seamless delivery of internal offsites and high-impact external events such as industry conferences, partner activations, and institutional gatherings. This position directly supports Ondo Finance’s mission to scale institutional-grade blockchain-enabled investment products by creating memorable, well-orchestrated experiences that strengthen stakeholder engagement and brand presence.
• • The role involves owning end-to-end logistics for leadership, team, and company-wide offsites; sourcing venues, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships (AV, production, catering); building and maintaining detailed timelines, run-of-shows, and attendee communications; tracking budgets, invoices, and post-event reconciliation; coordinating speaker logistics and sponsorship deliverables; collaborating with external agencies; maintaining event documentation; and continuously improving workflows through automation, tooling, and process optimization. Success is measured by high stakeholder satisfaction, reliable execution across concurrent workstreams, and scalable event operations.
