- • Senior Events Manager at Ontic Technologies, Inc., responsible for treating events as a growth lever where brand, community, and pipeline converge in real life, driving measurable business outcomes through strategic and experiential event leadership.
- • Own end-to-end event strategy and execution across trade shows, hosted experiences, executive dinners, and the flagship Ontic Summit, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, on-site delivery, and post-event analysis to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned experiences.
- • Partner with Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand/Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate physical events into broader campaigns, enabling account-level activation, sales engagement, and measurable pipeline impact.
- • Build scalable, repeatable event processes including standardized formats, operating cadences, QA gates, and AI-enabled workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and efficiency without compromising data integrity or brand consistency.
- • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, post-event retros, and alignment of event goals to revenue and engagement outcomes, elevating the attendee experience and establishing Ontic Summit as a category-defining event in the security industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including ownership of large-scale conferences, trade shows, and owned flagship events
- • Proven track record managing complex event portfolios tied to measurable pipeline outcomes (e.g., large-scale conferences, multi-city programs, or high-budget event strategies)
- • Strong program management skills: planning rigor, budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and calm execution under pressure
- • Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), event/webinar platforms, and basic reporting/BI
- • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; able to influence without authority and bring clarity when priorities collide
- • Bonus: experience marketing to enterprise security, risk, investigations, or adjacent B2B categories
