- • Design and iterate high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for seller experiences within Salesforce Lightning Experience, including custom components and flows.
- • Collaborate on the integration of Marketing Cloud, Outreach, Lead Genius, and AI capabilities such as Einstein/Agentforce-style predictive scoring, email drafting, lead qualification agents, and conversation intelligence.
- • Ensure designs support end-to-end seller workflows across inside sales and field sales, focusing on prospecting, personalization, sequencing, qualification, and handoffs with emphasis on speed, low friction, and measurable adoption.
- • Bridge design and implementation by providing detailed specifications, ensuring strict compliance with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and documenting edge cases for engineering teams.
- • Design future-state AI-enabled experiences including agentic workflows, dynamic UIs, human-AI collaboration, and data-driven personalization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- • Work closely with product managers, engineers, sales leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and measurable user experiences.
- • Conduct UX research and translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final design specs using Figma or equivalent tools.
- • Advocate for accessibility, responsive design patterns, and design system consistency across all seller-facing interfaces.
- • Leverage analytics to validate design decisions and measure user adoption and workflow efficiency.
- • Participate in cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on design direction, prioritize features, and iterate under tight deadlines.
- • Prototype in code using HTML/CSS/JS or Lightning Web Components basics to demonstrate feasibility and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- • Maintain familiarity with sales technology stacks including BDR/SDR tools, CRM customizations, and revenue workflow automation platforms.
- • Stay current with emerging AI tools in design (e.g., Figma AI) and apply them to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
- • Communicate design rationale clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating business goals into user-centered solutions with clear ROI.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving AI requirements and shifting business priorities in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
- • Deliver polished, enterprise-grade deliverables with consulting-level rigor, including documentation, user flows, and design system guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Lightning components, custom UX configurations, and Experience Cloud/Lightning pages
- • Proven work on B2B sales tech stacks, including CRM customizations or revenue workflows, with experience using Outreach or similar sequencing platforms
- • Exposure to integrating AI into UX, such as generative elements, predictive interfaces, or agentic AI like Agentforce, and comfort using AI tools in the design process
- • Hybrid technical strength: ability to prototype in HTML/CSS/JS or collaborate tightly with engineers using Lightning Web Components basics
- • Consulting or enterprise project experience with structured processes, stakeholder management, and high-polish deliverables
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or equivalent; Salesforce UX Designer certification or Trailhead badges strongly preferred
