📋 Description

• As a Senior Field Consultant in EMEA, you will drive Rubrik’s product adoption with critical customers by leveraging technical and customer-facing expertise to discover, plan, and execute project requirements aligned with long-term customer strategy.
• Day to day, you will participate in pre-sales processes, lead proposal workshops and scoping sessions, design and develop innovative solutions using Rubrik Professional Services, document best practices, deliver on-site and remote workshops, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve product supportability and customer satisfaction.
• You will join Rubrik’s Professional Services team in EMEA, working closely with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements that accelerate customer time to value and support enterprise AI transformation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in change management, cloud architectures (private/hybrid, AWS, Azure), automation/orchestration, and enterprise solution design while influencing product evolution through direct customer feedback and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a technical solutions architect in an enterprise customer or consulting/professional services environment, including time supporting sales and managing technical staff and implementations
• Strong network and storage conceptual and industry knowledge
• Strong scripting skills and knowledge of automation/orchestration platforms
• Knowledge about Private/Hybrid cloud, AWS, Azure preferred
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into project management tasks
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration / communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
