- • As the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager for Enterprise Net New at CrowdStrike, you will serve as the strategic architect of the 'land' strategy across North America, responsible for penetrating untapped Enterprise accounts and converting prospects into Net New Logos (NNL). This role is critical to driving high-quality pipeline and accelerating the sales cycle through integrated, hunter-focused field marketing programs.
- • Day to day, you will operate as the business owner for the Enterprise segment, owning Net New Logo pipeline and new account acquisition targets; partner with Growth Ops to expand and enrich the contact database with key decision-makers; design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays for 'Must-Win' accounts; leverage intent signals from 6sense/Demandbase to deploy rapid-response campaigns; curate exclusive executive engagements like private roundtables and VIP 'CrowdTour' experiences; create and promote High-Value Offers (HVOs) such as complimentary security posture assessments; and lead weekly sprint meetings with SDRs and Sales to ensure 100% lead follow-up and messaging alignment.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise-focused field marketing, ABM orchestration, intent-based campaigning, and executive engagement strategies within the cybersecurity SaaS space. You will sharpen your ability to weaponize data for market share growth, build scalable demand generation engines, and drive measurable Net New Logo acquisition — positioning yourself as a leader in B2B marketing for high-velocity enterprise sales cycles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–15 years of B2B Marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on demand generation and field marketing within the Cybersecurity or SaaS space
- • Proven track record of executing campaigns that resulted in significant Net New Logo growth in the Enterprise segment ($1B+ revenue companies)
- • Deep experience with the ABM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense/Demandbase) and ability to orchestrate multi-channel plays
- • Experience in database management and lead-sourcing tactics using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- • Comfort engaging with and marketing to C-level executives, understanding CISO pain points and speaking their language
- • Ability to pivot based on real-time data and sales feedback to optimize campaigns for maximum conversion
