- • As Senior Finance Manager at Handshake Technologies, Inc., you will own the corporate finance function and partner cross-functionally to maintain a financial plan across the entire business, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance in a high-visibility role that directly impacts financial strategy and leadership decision-making.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain a concise operating model with key metrics, own long-range planning, maintain the three-statement model for capital planning and scenario accuracy, drive investor and board reporting, partner with G&A teams on planning assumptions, and lead weekly and monthly business reviews to tell a financial story to key leaders while owning cash flow modeling for company-wide and division-level insights.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS finance, strategic forecasting, and executive financial storytelling while shaping financial processes that scale with a high-growth business, gaining exposure to board-level reporting and cross-functional leadership in a company at the forefront of the AI-powered career economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- • Advanced 3-statement and subscription modeling expertise
- • Strong Excel modeling skills including financial statement and scenario analysis
- • Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs, GAAP fundamentals, and P&L structure
- • Experience owning a full forecast cycle — from building the model to presenting to stakeholders
- • Track record of improving forecast accuracy and building repeatable financial processes
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and financial leadership
- • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a high-growth environment
