This pivotal role reports directly to the Finance Director and is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of Atomi's financial activities. You will be a key contributor to maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant accounting standards, and actively supporting the comprehensive day-to-day financial management of our rapidly growing organization.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves the oversight of our Accounts Receivable function. You will lead and mentor an offshore team dedicated to supporting crucial month-end closing processes and managing essential transactional activities. This leadership component requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment across different geographical locations.

• • Furthermore, you will be involved in budgeting and forecasting activities, working alongside the Finance Director to develop financial plans and monitor performance against these plans. This includes analyzing variances, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to management.
• • The Senior Financial Accountant will also be responsible for developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This proactive approach to risk management is essential for maintaining a strong financial foundation.
