- • As a Senior Financial Analyst at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our rapidly growing organization, acting as the primary financial architect for our revenue engine.
- • This pivotal role sits at the crucial intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, with a dedicated focus on fortifying our long-term 3-statement financial model and ensuring that our impressive growth is not only sustained but also highly profitable, aligning with the 'Rule of 40' principle.
- • You will be the ultimate owner of the unit economics that underpin every strategic investment decision, providing the financial intelligence necessary for informed and impactful choices.
- • Your core responsibility will involve owning and continuously refining the 3-Year 3-Statement Integrated Model, encompassing the Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. This model will serve as the bedrock for translating all Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and investment initiatives into cohesive and accurate financial forecasts.
- • You will serve as the embedded financial expert for Sales and Marketing leadership, translating complex investment analyses directly into clear, actionable Return on Investment (ROI) targets. A key part of this will be owning and driving deep-dive analyses on critical metrics such as Blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Payback Periods, and Lifetime Value (LTV) to LTV:CAC Ratios, ensuring a robust understanding of customer economics.
- • In partnership with Product and Customer Success leadership, you will play a vital role in translating retention data, including Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and cohort performance, into clear strategies for margin improvement and revenue expansion.
- • You will be responsible for preparing high-impact, data-rich presentations tailored for the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team. These presentations will provide clear financial projections, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations to guide executive decision-making.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to financial planning and analysis, requiring you to anticipate future financial needs and challenges, and to develop proactive solutions.
- • You will be expected to collaborate effectively across departments, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- • The Senior Financial Analyst will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for financial process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.
- • You will contribute to the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and operational plans.
