- • Senior Financial Analyst role supporting New Relic's Go To Market (GTM) FP&A team, playing a key part in connecting financial performance to business drivers and ensuring investment efficiency across sales and marketing initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast preparation, tracking and managing operating expenses (headcount, personnel costs, T&E, marketing programs, software), preparing monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, developing financial models to evaluate marketing ROI, acting as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders on spend management and budget optimization, and contributing to process improvements in financial reporting tools and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis
- • Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel/modeling skills
- • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Clear and effective communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
- • Prior experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or GTM functions in a software/SaaS company (bonus)
