- • Own and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and integrity across the full P&L and balance sheet.
- • Lead accounting research and documentation for complex transactions under IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition), IAS 2 (Inventory), and IAS 16 (Property, Plant & Equipment) in a hybrid SaaS and hardware-enabled environment.
- • Translate evolving contract structures and business transactions into clear, supportable accounting treatments that align with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audits, preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation and internal controls to ensure continuous audit readiness in a fast-scaling organization.
- • Manage deferred revenue accounting, including completeness, accuracy, proper cut-off, and reconciliation across evolving billing schedules and contract modifications.
- • Collaborate closely with Billing and FP&A teams to validate revenue recognition timing, billing accuracy, and contract amendments under IFRS 15.
- • Oversee inventory accounting and valuation, ensuring compliance with IAS 2 and company policies; analyze inventory movements, write-offs, purchases, and shipments for accuracy and reconciliation.
- • Partner with Operations and Procurement to enhance visibility and controls around inventory, including models such as 3PL, consignment, and dropship.
- • Own and maintain reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts including deferred revenue, inventory, accrued liabilities, and intercompany balances, investigating and resolving complex variances across systems.
- • Lead critical components of the month-end close process, preparing journal entries, conducting variance analysis, and supporting management reporting with timely, high-quality outputs.
- • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying automation opportunities and participating in ERP system enhancements (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
- • Improve scalability and efficiency of financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes to support rapid organizational growth.
- • Maintain strong financial integrity through disciplined documentation, process standardization, and proactive risk identification in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.
- • Operate with full ownership of assigned financial areas, adapting quickly to changing priorities while delivering accurate and audit-ready outputs under tight deadlines.
- • Communicate complex accounting findings clearly to cross-functional teams, auditors, and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.

🎯 Requirements
- • CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)
- • 4–6 years of progressive experience across public accounting and/or high-growth environments
- • Strong technical accounting foundation with IFRS, including IFRS 15, IAS 2, and IAS 16
- • Hands-on experience supporting or leading external audits
- • Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end close processes
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
