📋 Description
- • Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) role at Hitachi Vantara India Private Limited, contributing to financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial analysis (variance, trend, forecasting), leading FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) using Anaplan, preparing financial reports and dashboards for senior management, developing complex financial models for strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related finance role
- • Proficiency in Anaplan for financial planning and analysis
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- • Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Reporting and Analysis
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
