- • As a Senior Financial Analyst in R&D at Tactivos Inc., you will drive business growth by delivering actionable financial insights that support MURAL’s global expansion, serving as a key partner in transforming data into strategic storytelling.
- • Day to day, you will support financial and business stakeholders with data-driven insights, develop and maintain financial models aligned with product roadmaps, participate in planning and forecasting cycles, produce KPI reporting and root cause analysis, manage small projects to improve data efficiency, and communicate findings to FP&A management, functional leaders, and directors.
- • You will work closely with the Accounting team on variance analysis, the Finance team on monthly finance decks, the Operations team on unit economics, and department leaders on forecast updates, while also providing monthly SaaS metrics analysis and peer benchmarking.
- • The team is small, analytically curious, and committed to intellectual honesty, serving as independent arbiters of financial performance who build frameworks to guide MURAL toward financial success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS financial analysis, advanced financial modeling, cross-functional business partnering, and strategic storytelling with data, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while contributing directly to the company’s scalable growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Finance with ideally 2+ years of FP&A experience within a SaaS company
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or a related field
- • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Planning) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- • Outstanding Excel/Google Sheets skills with ability to manipulate large data sets
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance leaders
- • Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving decisions through ROI-focused storytelling with numbers
