  • • As a Senior Financial Pricing Analyst at Ensemble Health Partners, you will play a pivotal role within the Pricing and Margin Management team, directly contributing to the financial health of healthcare systems by evaluating their revenue cycle functions and developing sophisticated pricing proposals.
  • • This is a fast-paced, highly visible position that requires a strong background in financial due diligence, complex data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with direct interaction with clients and internal leadership.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute comprehensive financial due diligence for healthcare-related transactions. This involves meticulously analyzing historical financial statements, payroll data, and accounts payable extracts to identify key service gaps, assess financial risks and opportunities, and articulate these findings in detailed due diligence narratives.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust relationships with clients throughout the due diligence process, ensuring data validation, reviewing critical assumptions, and establishing a solid foundation for the final pricing proposals.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and refine pricing templates and proposals. This will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, information technology, and human resources, to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
  • • You will be responsible for socializing these pricing proposals internally, managing the review and approval process with project leadership, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned before presenting to clients.
  • • Facilitating projects from inception to completion will be a core function, involving the coordination of various teams, establishing realistic project timelines, and guaranteeing the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
  • • Post-execution, you will provide crucial support to the customer integration process. This includes reconciling actual costs against financial models, reviewing operational plans, diligently tracking project progress, and proactively identifying potential risks.
  • • You will project the short-term and long-term financial performance of customers based on the integration progress, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and developing strategies for risk mitigation.
  • • Communicating these financial projections and proposed initiatives to operations and client delivery teams will be essential to gain buy-in and drive the implementation of margin improvement strategies.
  • • In the realm of margin management, you will support monthly reporting analysis for all clients, reviewing financial performance and discussing ongoing margin improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • • You will maintain a comprehensive database of all client margin improvement initiatives, meticulously tracking the progress and impact of each metric.
  • • Engaging with cross-functional teams will be necessary to ensure robust support for individual client initiatives that demand multi-team collaboration.
  • • Preparing and presenting clear, concise project progress reports to management and the team will keep all stakeholders informed about performance and ongoing activities.
  • • Ensuring that the value of margin-improvement initiatives is fully realized will be a critical measure of success.
  • • Beyond client-specific work, you will contribute to the growth of the financial due diligence practice by assisting in the development of training materials and proposals.
  • • Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment is paramount, promoting continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
  • • You will also have opportunities to lead training sessions and refine the financial due diligence models and client deliverable materials, sharing your expertise and best practices.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach, the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, and the skill to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, all while embodying Ensemble's core values of Customer Obsession, Embracing New Ideas, and Striving for Excellence.
