- • Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows in production environments to transform enterprise operations through AI-driven automation.
- • Design end-to-end solutions that integrate APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms to solve high-value, complex customer problems.
- • Partner directly with customers to translate business challenges into scalable AI and RPA solutions, owning delivery from prototype to production to iteration.
- • Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and reliability while ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements through APIs, SDKs, connectors, and custom integrations.
- • Anticipate delivery risks, manage scope, and proactively communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and timelines to customers and internal stakeholders.
- • Lead high-impact technical workstreams within strategic customer engagements, ensuring delivery is tied to measurable business outcomes.
- • Contribute reusable patterns, technical standards, and implementation playbooks to scale best practices across customer deployments.
- • Mentor junior engineers, raise technical standards, and support the development of internal technical enablement assets.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate field insights into platform improvements and product direction.
- • Travel to customer sites approximately 20–30% of the time to support on-site deployments, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- • Operate at the frontier of agentic AI and enterprise automation, building real-world systems—not prototypes—that deliver immediate, measurable business impact.
- • Extend UiPath’s platform functionality to meet unique customer needs using custom integrations and advanced automation techniques.
- • Apply prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, agent observability, and production support practices to ensure robust and maintainable AI systems.
- • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness requirements.
- • Present technical recommendations and architecture decisions to senior customer stakeholders and executives.
- • Contribute to reference architectures and reusable delivery patterns that enhance team efficiency and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including applied or customer-facing work
- • Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript
- • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production AI systems
- • Experience building and deploying complex, integrated systems
- • Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly from idea to production
- • Customer-facing experience managing technical risks, timelines, tradeoffs, and stakeholder expectations
