- • As the Senior FP&A Manager at Assort Health Inc., you will serve as the financial and strategic backbone of the company, owning the financial model and driving growth strategy, capital allocation, and executive decision-making in a high-growth, mission-driven healthcare AI platform.
- • You will run end-to-end forecasting and planning across revenue, OpEx, headcount, and cash; partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as a senior finance business partner; build and evolve the planning infrastructure using tools like Pigment or Anaplan; produce board and executive reporting; own P&L performance including gross margin and COGS optimization; support deal desk and pricing strategy; and lead ad hoc modeling for scenario planning and investment evaluation.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS financial modeling, strategic finance, and executive communication while shaping how investors, partners, and the board understand the business, with direct access to leadership and significant growth potential as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in progressive FP&A, investment banking, or consulting roles, with 3+ years in operating finance at a high-growth tech company and experience managing financial analysts
- • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics including CAC/LTV, magic number, net retention, unit economics, and rule of 40, with experience in both GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
- • Proven ability to build complex, driver-based financial models from scratch and defend assumptions in front of investors and executives
- • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools to build spreadsheets and dashboards that tell a clear financial story
- • Extreme attention to detail with a track record of catching errors and maintaining the highest standards of precision in models, decks, and analysis
- • Exceptional communication skills, including clear writing and confident presentation to boards and executives, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable narratives
