📋 Description
- • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across group companies to support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises, prepare weekly short-term cash flow forecasts, and enhance financial planning processes and reporting tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- • Prepare high-quality financial commentary for Management Accounts, monthly Board packs, and ad-hoc financial analysis for stakeholders; manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with corporate services on cross-functional workstreams.
- • Take ownership of the FP&A function, develop and mentor junior team members, lead data workstreams, and proactively manage costs across clients while ensuring clear communication of financial insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified ACCA/MBA/CA with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience and strong academic record
- • Previous experience in an FP&A role
- • Previous team management experience
- • Excellent written and spoken English
- • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data interpretation skills
- • Proficiency in Excel, financial software and tools, PowerPoint, and creating presentation decks
- • Ability to overlap UK Time Zone (at least 4 hours) and located in LatAm
